Please note, there have been a few changes to my original workshop itinerary. Basic print and dye techniques in July and devore and discharge printing in September have been replaced with feltmaking days. Feltmaking days give you the opportunity to create almost anything in felt, (apart from large items such as clothing). So if you have missed your preferred technique, now is your chance.
The next workshop is
Transfer Printing on June 12th. Transfer Printing is a fun technique, which is relatively instant! This is an experimental workshop, exploring the various ways you can utilise the technique.
Primarily for use on synthetic fabrics - you can create some colourful and creative images. Dyes are painted onto paper, and then 'transferred' by heat (iron), onto fabric. It is great fun, and has to be one of my favourite things. The world is your lobster!
